Aerobics Classes

Belinda also provides aerobics with a difference!
There are no difficult steps! Unlike most aerobics classes the steps are very simple.

If you want a work out that will quickly increase your fitness – aerobics is the answer!

Everyone works at their own pace, so even the most unfit individual will benefit.

We always have a stretching session at the end of aerobics to help increase flexibility.

Why Aerobics?

Aerobics can be a benefit for the following reasons:
  • It is fun and energetic!
  • It is a fantastic work out that will help with weight loss!
  • It will improve your circulation!
  • It can help with asthma and respiratory difficulties.
  • It is the perfect accompaniment to toning and strengthening.

When is the Aerobics class?

The aerobics classes are on a Tuesday lunch time at 12.30 – 1.30pm. At Guildford Road. This class is strictly ladies only!

Or on Thursday evenings at 6.30pm – 7.30pm.  At Old Heath Community Centre, Dary Road (Off Old Heath Road).

You will need to wear trainers and comfy clothes and bring a bottle of water because you are guaranteed to get really hot!
