Toning and Strengthening

Improving General Fitness, tones and strengthens muscles even improves pelvic floor muscles and core stability.
This session is similar to circuit training.  Like all my classes, this session is ideal for people of all ages; all abilities, all weights and all sizes, including those with reduced flexibility, aches and pains and sports injuries.  Even if you have stopped exercise due to an injury, illness or depression, this class can help you start again where you are and enable you to build up at your own pace with tangible goals and measured results. It is also ideal for those who are fitter and wish to improve their strength and fitness.

Toning and Strengthening Class from Fun With Fitness Colchester

You will keep a record of your exercises on your own progress chart, so that you can track your improvements and strength gains.  Very quickly, you will become stronger and more toned.  In particular, you will notice that you have better balance, increased flexibility, an improved posture and more strength.

When is the Toning and Strengthening class?

These classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10.30am until11.30am.

We meet at the Celtic Rose Centre, Guildford Road, Colchester, CO1 2RB.

We also meet on Tuesday evening, at 6.30pm - 7.30pm at Old Heath Community Centre, Darcy Road (off Old Heath Road).

What to bring: Trainers, comfy clothes and a bottle of water.  You don't need to bring a towel, as Belinda has cleansing wipes to easily clean the equipment.
