 The overall aim of this class is to improve your level of fitness.  You will be surprised how effective walking is at improving your fitness levels and helping to manage your weight.If you think you walk fast now, you’ll be shocked at the speeds you can attain.  Walking like this is such good exercise and it is great for toning your legs, bottom and waist. However once you’ve got into the swing of walking fast, you might want progress to the Running/Jogging club if you fancy becoming even fitter.  If not I can always up the benefits of walking by adding weights to your wrists if you want a further challenge.I also use this group to teach people how to run. Run/walking is the best way to learn to run. It is easy and painless; each week you will see an improvement and before you know it you will be able to run 3 miles.
